Weekly Meal Planning

This week's menu:

  • Tostadas made with fat free refried beans and ground turkey + Spanish Rice.
  • Skinny Chicken Cordon Bleu + light ceaser salad.
  • Baked Chicken Nuggets w/French Fries (from the frozen section of the store) and homemade honey mustard.
  • BBQ chicken on the grill w/corn on the cob.
